Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of adamtcopywriting.com and purchase of services from adamtcopywriting, P.IVA IT07890123456, Via Alcide De Gasperi, 15A, 20882 Bellusco (MB), Italy.

1. Services

adamtcopywriting provides digital B2B copywriting services including SaaS website copy, case studies, white papers, email nurture sequences, LinkedIn content, and sales enablement. All services are delivered digitally.

2. Payment

Full payment is collected at checkout via Stripe before work begins. The price shown at checkout is the final price for the scope agreed.

3. Project Start

Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. You will receive a project brief document via email.

4. Revisions

Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds. Changes outside the original brief scope require a written change request and approval.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all delivered copy becomes your property. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed in writing before the project begins.

6. Governing Law

Governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Monza, Italy.
