About this service
Most B2B case studies are written backwards. They start with the outcome and work back, which produces a document that feels promotional rather than evidential. A buyer reading a case study is asking a specific question: did this product actually work for a company in a situation similar to mine? The case study that answers that question is structured like an argument, not like a press release.
We interview the customer, develop the story structure, and write the version that works in a sales context, not just the version that looks good on the website. The difference matters. A case study that a prospect will actually read before a discovery call, that an AE can send before a contract discussion, that a buying committee member will share internally is a fundamentally different document from the polished success story that lives in the resources section.
We produce case studies as a three-document set: the full written case study (1,000-1,500 words), the one-page sales-ready version, and the pull-quote set for use in other content. This gives your sales team assets at every stage of the conversation.
