Refund Policy

Before Work Begins

If you cancel before we send the project brief (within the initial 2 business day window), we issue a full refund with no conditions.

Work In Progress (Less Than 50% Complete)

If work has begun but is less than 50% complete, we issue a 50% refund of the purchase price.

Work In Progress (50% or More)

Beyond 50% completion, no refund is available. We will complete the project and honour all agreed revision rounds.

Delivery Disputes

If a deliverable does not match the agreed brief, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. If the work is materially deficient, we revise it at no charge regardless of revision limits.

Email hello@adamtcopywriting.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

Express turnaround add-ons are non-refundable once the work is delivered within the agreed 48-hour window.
