Yes. Once we agree a scope and price before the project begins, that is the total you pay. If the brief changes mid-project and the scope increases, we will send a written change notice before doing any additional work.
Full payment is collected at checkout via Stripe before the project begins. For the Enterprise monthly plan, payment is collected on the first working day of each month.
Prices are shown excluding Italian IVA where applicable. Italian business clients will see IVA added at checkout. EU business clients with a valid VAT registration number may qualify for reverse charge.
Bank transfer is available for the Enterprise plan and for clients with an established relationship. All other plans are paid via Stripe at checkout.
