Yes. All services are delivered remotely and digitally. Most of our clients are in Italy, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Work is primarily in English; Italian versions are available as an add-on.

We do a discovery session with you and your subject-matter experts before any writing begins. We ask specific questions about how buyers make decisions, what objections arise in sales, and what your best customers say about the product. Technical complexity is usually a messaging challenge, not a writing one.
Yes. If you have a style guide or previous copy you want maintained, share it at brief. We read it, extract the patterns that make it distinctive, and extend them. If the existing voice is part of the problem, we can propose a refinement and walk you through the reasoning.
Two to three connected copy assets (for example, a homepage plus two product pages, or a white paper plus the nurture sequence that promotes it), ICP research session, competitive landscape review, up to 8,000 words total, three revision rounds per asset, and 8-day turnaround with direct Slack access throughout.
The Enterprise package is effectively a monthly retainer. For clients who need flexible volume without committing to a full retainer, the Professional package can be purchased repeatedly on a project basis as needs arise.
